John Barrowman is why my mom and I saw La Cage Aux Folles in London. He’s the actor whose photo I so forwardly took for my newfound English friend. And if you are into British Science Fiction television, you already know him. If, like me, you are not, then you’d be lucky to have a friend like Lindsey. She introduced me to Barrowman, both his work in Dr. Who and his show tune CDs.
Given that his performance is one of the reasons it was our favorite show, we’re quite grateful. And I feel obligated to pass along the recommendation. I would take any opportunity to see John Barrowman live, and I suggest you should too.
